A native of Northern California, Mike received his Art training at Sacramento City College. Besides college he is primarly self-taught. His early paintings centered around Homesteads and Victorian homes of the Central Valley of California and Oregon. After retiring from a career as a Graphic Designer Mike began looking for a new medium to explore.
